Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TruckingAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including company owners, administrators, dispatchers, drivers, and accountants.

2. Description of Service

TruckingAI is a SaaS platform for trucking dispatch management. The Service includes load management, fleet tracking, driver coordination, document management, invoicing, KPI reporting, and optional AI-powered automation features.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior authorization.
• You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TruckingAI offers subscription plans based on fleet size (number of trucks). All plans include the same features — only the truck limit differs.

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Platinum-level access. No credit card is required during the trial.
• After the trial, you may select a paid plan or your account will default to Silver.
• Billing is processed through Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• Annual plans are billed upfront and include a discount compared to monthly billing.
• You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. AI Automation Add-on

The AI Automation add-on ($99/month or $990/year) is available on any plan and provides automated email load creation, AI-powered rate extraction, email monitoring, Telegram bot notifications, and predictive analytics. This add-on is optional and can be added or removed at any time.

6. User Roles and Permissions

Users are assigned roles within each company they belong to. The available roles are:

• Owner: Full control of the company account, including billing and plan management.
• Admin: Administrative access, including billing and operational management.
• Dispatcher: Manage loads, drivers, and dispatch operations.
• Driver: View assigned loads, update statuses, and upload documents.
• Accountant: Access financial data, invoices, and expense reports.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or company data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious files or code through any feature of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Service, including but not limited to load information, driver records, documents, and financial data. TruckingAI does not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing & Plans page. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckingAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
